How to place an order
Orders are accepted over the Internet. Visa and MasterCard can be accepted currently. In order to protect our customers,
please provide the same billing address which is used for the credit card.
Credit cards will not be charged until the day the orders are shipped.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Postage is included for orders shipping to U.S. addresses. For orders shipping to addresses outside
U.S., we add $10.00 to cover international shipping costs.
Damages and Returns
Only damaged or mis-shipped orders are returnable. If your order is
defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to receive a Return
Authorization. We will credit your card for the shipping charges necessary
for you to return the damaged item and send out a new replacement item,
but ONLY with a prior Return Authorization. Please do not return anything
without authorization, or it will be returned to you. If you receive any
mis-shipped items or you do not receive all your ordered items, please
contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. information.
