The Salon environment is amazing. The owner, Paula and the staff members I interacted with, Sherman, Daphne and Mario went way above and beyond providing excellent customer service. They work great as a team and jumped in to help when asked. After I left, I noticed that I messed up a few nails during my check out process. DkicI had gift certificates and had a balance due. When paying the balance, I messed up four nails. I noticed after I left. I went back in and apologized and asked if they could fix/repaint them. Paula did it for me and was very gracious about the redo. I will recommend this salon to everyone going forward. When my friends come into town we will be coming for pampering!
