We cordially invite you to join us for our first annual open house and & community fundraiser on Saturday June 21, 2008 between noon & 5pm.This event is ongoing until 7pm. It is taking place at 953 E Sahara Ave, inside The District At Commercial Center. We will be having free refreshments, entertainment and a raffle to benefit 200 women & minority business owners of CCBA. We plan on a turnout of 500 & 1000 attendees. We currently have 200 open businesses and restaurants, 1500 employees, 200 business owners and 25 property owners. This is a premiere for The District At Commercial Center, “International Village”. We will be releasing several promotions this day, see our press release and flyers for details. We have many fine services available for the public. We would like to meet with you and show you what we have done to improve property values, secure the neighborhood and bring needed services to the community. We know you will be impressed with all we have done, and it will be a beneficial relationship. We need your help to let the word out about our events and promotions, we usually use press releases and flyers and our event calendar on our website. You can join our mailing list at the visitors center Tue-Sat 9a-5pm

 Recently CCBA started a community project in 2007 revitalizing The Commercial Center a once blighted area by investing over $50,000 of private monies on public land, all by donation. We have successfully removed the blight and revived the Shopping Center and Community. We serve a broad range of the community and tourist market. Business owners are from over 14 countries & diversities. We would be honored to collaborate with you & your associates. We appreciate your participation in this special community event. We will be raffling several gift baskets from stores in the Shopping Center, and the proceeds will go to CCBA to support Women & Minority Business Owners. We have invited Mayor Oscar Goodman, & various media. An official ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled to inaugurate our event, see flyer and press release for details.

We are asking for your support for our fundraiser our goal is to sell 1000 or more tickets, as we have several gift baskets that will be drawn this day at 7:15 pm.

WE Thank you in advance for your support, please know we can not do this without your help. Already so many have given their help to make CCBA and The DACC a success.

We call forth all musicians, artists, volunteers, Tai Chi instructors, & Meditation Teachers, to assist us with this event. Please forward this anyone you feel would enjoy our events.
